With reference to the earlier letter dated January 18, 2016 intimating about the date of Board Meeting to be held for approving the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015, Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank remains closed from January 19, 2016 to January 30, 2016 (48 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting) for Directors/ Designated Persons of the Bank. Trading Window will open on January 31, 2016.
