With reference to the earlier letter dated October 20, 2015 regarding details of valid nominations received for election of one Director from amongst shareholders other than Central Government, Syndicate Bank has now informed BSE that one of the candidates, CA(Dr) Satish Chandra Jain, withdrew his nomination on October 26, 2015.<BR><BR>Following two candidates are now left in the fray for election of one Director from amongst shareholders other than Central Government in the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on October 30, 2015, now:<BR><BR>1. Name of the Candidate : Shri Kamal Kishore Singhal<BR>2. Name of the Candidate : CA Sunil Vashisht.
