Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that pursuant to the notice dated September 28, 2015, in terms of Regulation 66 of SyndicateBank (Shares & Meetings) Regulations, 1998, for Election of one Director; from amongst shareholders of the Bank, other than Central Government, in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 30, 2015 at Manipal, it is notified that the following candidate was declared elected:<BR><BR>- Name of the Candidate : Shri Kamal Kishore Singhal<BR><BR>The afore-named Director shall assume office on October 31, 2015 and shall hold office for a period of three years i.e. till October 30, 2018.
