With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 09,2014 regarding the date of Board Meeting to be held for approving the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014, Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from July 22, 2014 to August 01, 2014 (24 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting) for Directors/ Designated Employees of the Bank. Trading Window will open on August 02, 2014.
