Sirs, Sub.: Trading Window Closure - Declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2017 In view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017, to consider inter alia, the Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2017 and publication thereof, the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares will remain closed from May 8, 2017 to May 20 2017 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of 'Insider Trading. The said Trading Window closure has been notified internally by the Company on May 06, 2017.
