| Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:<br/><br/>1. to take on record the unaudited stand-alone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. to consider and take on record Limited Review Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window for trading in the Company's Shares by all the Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from October 29, 2014 to November 07, 2014 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014. Trading Window will remain open from November 08, 2014. | |
