Rustumji has resigned as Director of the Company with immediate effect.<BR><BR>2. Mr. B. R. Taneja has resigned as Director of the Company with effect from August 15, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Mrs. Preeti Taneja has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from August 14, 2015.<BR><BR>4. Mr. Raj K. Sureka has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from August 14, 2015.<BR><BR>5. Mr. Chetan Nathani has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from August 14, 2015.
