Tanla Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, has <BR>approved the appointment of:<BR><BR>1. KPMG as internal auditor for FY16.<BR><BR>2. MM Reddy & Co., as the management auditor for FY16.<BR><BR>And noted the final order passed by the Honorable High Court of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana approving the merger of Tanla Mobile Private Limited with Mufithumb Corporation Private Limited, wholly owned Indian subsidiary companies of Tanla Solutions Limited.
