| Tantia Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Stand-alone and consolidated Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016, from May 19, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. | |
