With reference to the earlier letter dated October 28, 2016, Tata Chemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company have been informed by Brickwork Ratings that they have removed the Ratings under watch with developing implications for the Rating of BWR AA+ assigned to the NCD issue of Rs. 250 crores of the Company. The rating now stands at BWR AA+ (Pronounced Double A Plus) (Outlook: Stable) for the Companys unsecured NCD issue of Rs. 250 crores.<BR><BR>A copy of the letter received from Brickwork Ratings is enclosed herewith.
