Tata Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 04, 2016 to August 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 11, 2016.<BR><BR>The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid on and from August 18, 2016.
