| The Exchange had sought clarification from Tata Consultancy Services Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on September 4, 2015 titled "TCS close to country's 'largest' office space deal"<BR> <BR>Tata Consultancy Services Ltd replied stating "We would like to state that TCS is a global company and the among the largest in terms of market capitalization. There is lot of interest in the Company from the media and analyst community, which tracks and reports on the Company. <BR> <BR>We do not have any specific comment to offer with regard to the above news item. TCS in the ordinary course buys or leases office space on regular basis either for expansion or consolidation of existing offices. <BR><BR>We would like to affirm our commitment to fair disclosure." | |
