Tata Metaliks Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 17, 2016, approved:<BR><BR>1. Withdrawal of Scheme of amalgamation of Tata Metaliks Limited and Tata Metaliks DI Pipes Limited with Tata Steel Limited; and<BR><BR>2. Filing of fresh Scheme of Amalgamation of Tata Metaliks DI Pipes Limited ("TMDIPL") with the Company. TMDIPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.<BR><BR>In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release dated May 17, 2016, titled "Withdrawal of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Tata Metaliks Limited and Tata Metaliks Dl Pipes Limited (TMDIPL) with Tata Steel Limited (TSL)".
