With reference to the earlier letter dated February 27, 2014, Tata Power Company Ltd has now informed BSE that the duly empowered Committee of the Board will meet on March 08, 2014 to consider and decide upon the terms and conditions of the proposed Rights issue including the rights entitlement ratio, the issue price, the issue size, Record Date, timing of the Rights issue and other related matters.
