Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that:<br/><br/>The Company, vide its letter dated February 27, 2014, had intimated the Exchanges regarding closure of Trading Window for the Company's Equity Shares on account of the proposed Rights Issue.<br/><br/>Vide its letter dated March 08, 2014, the Company had intimated the Stock Exchanges the details of the Rights Issue. Accordingly, the Trading Window is now open for dealing in the Company's Equity Shares.
