Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that, in terms of Regulations 8 and 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India- (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, the Company confirms that the Company has formulated and adopted the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and also the Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices.<BR><BR>The Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices has also been uploaded on the Companys website, as required.
