TATA STEEL LTD. - Tata Steel Ltd reply to clarification sought by the exchange

The Exchange had sought clarification from Tata Steel Ltd with respect to news appearing in Business Line on July 16, 2015 titled "Tata Steel averts major industrial action in UK."<BR><BR>Tata Steel Ltd replied stating "We wish to inform you that the trade unions have confirmed that their ballots on the UK Company pension scheme were in favour of proposed modifications to the scheme. The Company's indirect subsidiary i.e., Tata Steel UK Limited will now proceed with the completion of the statutory consultation process and continue to engage with the trade unions on this and all other relevant matters."
