Tata Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Parvatheesam Kanchinadham as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company under the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from January 12, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Board has also approved the appointment of Mr. Parvatheesam Kanchinadham as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the said date.
