| Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Regulation 3.2 of the Schedule I (Part A - Model Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading for listed Companies) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading And Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed between May 07, 2015 to May 15, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
