| Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2014, has nominated/appointed following Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) pursuant to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013:<br/><br/>1. Mr. N. Srinath, Managing Director of the Company, who is also Managing Director of Tata Teleservices Limited.<br/><br/>2. Mr. Suresh Mahadevan as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from June 01, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Mr. Kiran Thacker as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company Secretary effective from June 01, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the above, Mr. Bhaskar Chandran, present Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company will cease to hold the said position effective close of business hours on May 31, 2014 and Mr. S. G. Murali, Chief Financial Officer of the Company will also cease to hold the said position effective close of business hours on May 31, 2014. | |
