TCI Finance Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015, the Company hereby confirm that (i) Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive information (UPSI) and (ii) Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders have been formulated and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015.<BR><BR>The Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of UPSI has been published on the Company's website.
