TCI Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per "TCI Finance Limited - Code for Internal Procedures and conduct for Regulating, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from the start of business hours of January 24, 2017 and will be open after an elapse of 48 hours from the time of announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
