| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company on October 19, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 37,70,467 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>- 1450 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>- 6900 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>- 3626672 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>- 110855 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>- 24590 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
