Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on March 22, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 120318 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;- 13,320 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;- 11,950 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;- 49,672 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;- 7,500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2014.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;- 13,202 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;- 24,674 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSUs.
