| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on February 09, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 91701 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>- 9965 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>- 11500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>- 33340 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>- 34732 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>- 2164 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
