| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on May 19, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 114979 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>" 985 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>" 2100 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2014.<BR><BR>" 29040 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>" 82854 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
