| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 28, 2014 for issue and allotment of a total of 23659 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under :<br/><br/>- 2410 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<br/><br/>- 7325 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<br/><br/>- 3699 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<br/><br/>- 10225 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013. | |
