| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on December 15, 2014 for issue and allotment of a total of 62,997 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under :<BR><BR>- 5260 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>- 16975 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>- 9167 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>- 21345 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML-ESOP B -2013.<BR><BR>- 10250 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
