Sub: Circular resolution of Securities Allotment Committee. &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Agreement, we wish to inform the Stock Exchange of the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on August 28, 2017 for issue and allotment of a total of 80754 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 17100 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 47254 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML ESOP B 2013.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 10400 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP-2014. &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 6000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML RSU.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt;
