The Exchange had sought clarification from Tech Mahindra Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Financial Express on January 7, 2015 titled "HC drops ED plea against TechM in attachment case"<BR><BR>Tech Mahindra Ltd has replied stating "Earlier on December 11, 2012, we also intimated on the stay granted by the High Court against the order of ED attaching FD's for Rs. 822 crores. The referred news item about the dismissal of ED's appeal on the earlier stay order and the status quo of the stay order as intimated earlier continues."
