Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that:<br/><br/>"Pursuant to Clause 17(C) of the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement of Mahindra Engineering Services Limited with Tech Mahindra Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors ('the Scheme'), the Board of Directors have extended the validity of the Scheme by a further period of three months i.e. upto January 31, 2015."
