| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on May 14, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 222644 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under :<BR><BR>- 1780 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>- 17660 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>- 90672 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>- 56532 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>- 56000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
