| Technofab Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2016 inter alia, to approve and take on record the Financial Results prepared in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from May 13, 2016 till May 29, 2016 [both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. | |
