Techtran Polylenses Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results for the Third quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors /Officers /Designated Employees of the Company from February 06, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days Inclusive).
