Tecpro Systems Ltd has informed BSE that State Bank of India, Leather and International Branch, M.V.J. Towers" 177/1, Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai 600010 ("SBI) has withdrawn its Nominee Director Mr. Narayanan Krishnan from the Board of the Company vide its letter dated July 21, 2015 as SBI has assigned the total debts due from the Company to Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company.
