Terai Tea Company Ltd has informed BSE that in connection with the Board Meeting of the company to be held on May 30, 2016, where the audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 will be placed before the Board for consideration and approval. The Trading Window as defined in the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading will remain closed on and from May 26, 2016 and shall reopen after expiry of 24 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid financial information.
