Mr. Milan Sarkar, appointed as an Independent Director of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Mr. Jayantakumar Natwarlal Raja, appointed as an Independent Director of The Company.<br/><br/>Pursuant to the provision of sec. 149, 150, 152 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 and clause 49 of Listing Agreement Mr. Milan Sarkar and Mr. Jayantakumar Natwarlal Raja appointed as Independent Directors of the Company.
