Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of issue of Equity Shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers pursuant to the QIP, the Committee of the Directors of the Company has, as its meeting held on November 26, 2014, pursuant to the board and shareholder resolutions dated July 21, 2014 and September 04, 2014, passed resolutions approving allotment of Shares as per the certified copy attached herewith.
