Phoenix Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2015. <BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect i.e. for the period from July 30, 2015 till August 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
