In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Market City Resources Private Limited (MCRPL) has acquired 50% stake in Columbus Investment Advisory Private Limited (CIAPL) on October 4, 2017 for a consideration of Rs. 55.50 lacs. Consequent upon the aforesaid acquisition, CIAPL has become an associate of the Company through MCRPL w.e.f October 4, 2017.
