Thinksoft Global Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Members of the Company in the Annual General Meeting held on July 24, 2014 approved the change in the name of the Company from "Thinksoft Global Services Limited" to "SQS India BFSI Limited" as informed Stock Exchange in the proceedings of the Annual General Meeting vide letter dated July 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company then made an application for the change of name to the Registrar of Companies, Chennai and the Registrar of Companies has approved the application and has granted a new Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name to "SQS India BFSI Limited" on August 05, 2014.
