Thinksoft Global Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2014, inter alia, has:<br/><br/>1. noted and took on record resignation of Mr. Ralph Gillessen as Director of the Company with effect from June 21, 2014.<br/><br/>2. noted and took on record resignation of Mr. Riccardo Brizzi as Director of the Company with effect from June 21, 2014.<br/><br/>3. noted the intimation received from Mr. David Bellin on change in classification from being an Independent and Non - Executive Director to Non- Independent and Non - Executive Director. The Board of Directors has approved the <br/>re-classification under Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
