Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on May 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 along with the Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend a final dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the company and that in terms of the Insider Trading Code, the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares shall remain closed from April 28, 2016 to May 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for promoters & designated employees.
