Thyrocare Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2017, inter alia, to consider, the Unaudited Stand-alone as well as Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The Board will also consider payment of interim dividend, if any, after taking into consideration the capital expenditure and other cash requirements for the remaining period of the current financial year and the next financial year.<BR><BR>Further, that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window of the Company will remain closed for trading in Companys equity shares for Directors / Designated Employees from January 20, 2017 to January 31,2017 (both days inclusive).
