This is to inform you all that as per TIL Limited's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, trading window shall remain closed from Friday, the 18th May, 2017 to Monday, the 28th August, 2017 (both days inclusive) on account of the Board Meeting of TIL Limited to be held on Saturday, the 26th August, 2017 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter and three months period ended on 30th June, 2017, subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR> <BR> During the aforesaid period of closure of trading window, all the Directors and the Designated Employees of the Company (including their immediate relatives) have been informed to abstain from trading in the shares of TIL Limited.<BR>
