Timex Group India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following :<br/><br/>1. Mr. Robert Obed Barberi has been appointed as the Additional Director and Chairman of the Company;<br/><br/>2. Ms. Sharmila Sahai has been re-designated as Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect.
