Timex Group India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of Timex Group India Limited, shall remain closed from January 01, 2015 to the closing of business hours on January 30, 2015 on account of disclosure of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
