Timex Group India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 21, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financials of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of Timex Group India Limited, shall remain closed from April 01, 2015 to the closing of business hours on May 22, 2015 on account of disclosure of Audited Standalone Financials of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
