Tinplate Company of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, and to consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15 on the 8.5% Non-Cumulative Optionally Convertible Preference Shares and Equity Shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from April 22, 2015 to April 29, 2015.
