| Tips Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed July 25, 2014 as the cut-off date to ascertain the total numbers of members, to cast their vote electronically, in respect of all the items of business as indicated in the Notice of the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company being held on August 08, 2014, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under.<br/><br/>The Company is availing e-voting Services of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL).<br/><br/>The schedule for e voting is as follows:<br/><br/>1. Date and time of commencement of e-voting: July 31, 2014 at 10.00 a.m.<br/><br/>2. Date and time of end of e-voting: August 02, 2014 at 6.00 p.m.<br/><br/>3. E-voting by electronic mode shall not be allowed beyond 6.00 p.m. on August 02, 2014. | |
